Post-stroke and brain injury depression is common for survivors and the entire family/household is affected. That’s why it’s so important that stroke and brain injury survivors and their Care Partners, and family have the information and resources they need to support themselves throughout the recovery journey.  Step Out with Stroke Warriors aims to gather stroke and brain injury survivors along with their Care Partners, family, and friends for a celebratory event, promoting independence and sharing resources specifically to aid in rehabilitation and improve quality of life.

Step Out with Stroke Warriors will provide a family FUN oriented event of fellowship, food, and games while offering contacts to valuable resources.  Exhibitor participants provide resources such as:

  • Home Care Services
  • Respite Care for Care Partners
  • Home Modification and Design Services
