Post-stroke depression is common. That’s why it’s so important that stroke and brain injury survivors have the information and resources they need to support themselves throughout their recovery. Step Out with Stroke Warriors aims to gather stroke and brain injury survivors along with their caregivers, family and friends for a celebratory event, promoting independence and sharing resources specifically to aid in their rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
